State Meet Procedures
- By midnight 3 Mondays before State Meet complete entry of qualified gymnasts on Meetmaker.com.
- Register the names of those who wish to enter but have yet to qualify. A spot will be reserved. Entry fees to be paid by the next Monday at midnight.
- Specialists pay full entry fees.
- Schedule will be created and posted a week earlier by using this process.
- The State Meet Director will incur all transaction fees charged by MeetMaker. (6-12-11)
- Coaches are asked to remind gym parents that only professional members should contact the State Meet Director. Schedules will be posted online at Meetmaker.com and host meet site.
